The Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary (CCGA) is a registered charity and not-for-profit organization composed of volunteers across Canada. Established in 1978, the CCGA assists the Canadian Coast Guard and National Defense with search and rescue operations and environmental response efforts.

F.A.S.T. manufactures a range of equipment required to participate in the marine safety response, including Amerherstburg-style vests, gear bags, flotation stretchers, and first aid kits for vessels. These are used to respond to marine incidents quickly, especially in remote locations.
