F.A.S.T. is the original designer and manufacturer of all styles of ICS vests in Canada. All vests are made at the F.A.S.T. facility in Delta, British Columbia.

- Size: Sides of vest are open with adjustable hook and loop closures (waist measurement expands from 44" - 60")
- Fabric: Poly-cotton 7.5 oz
- Reflective Trim:1 3/8" reflective high-gloss trim on yoke of front and back.

- Webbing: 2" polyester webbing
- Zippers: #8 Delron front zipper closure
- Pockets: Two patch pockets with flaps on lower front, one upper left pen and notebook pocket, one mylar pocket (3" x 4") on upper right yoke and below one larger mylar sleeve. Upper back has one mylar sleeve
